摘要：
Ein 61-jähriger Patient kam mit quälendem Husten, Tachypnoe und Tachykardie in die Notaufnahme. 17 Tage zuvor war er wegen einer COVID-19-Pneumonie stationär behandelt worden. Nun zeigte sich im Röntgen ein rechtsseitiger Spannungspneumothorax. Weitere 20 Tage später wiederholte sich das Geschehen auf der linken Seite.
