Experimental Investigation of the Effect of Adhesive-Impregnated Pins on the Mechanical Behavior of Z-Pinned Lap Shear Joints

摘要：
The paper illustrates the effect of applying an adhesive to pins on the mechanical properties of z-pinned joints. Three types of lap shear specimens were made for this investigation. Their mechanical properties were determined and compared. Results showed that the impregnation of pins significantly increased the shear strength of lap shear specimens.
