Spectroscopic diagnostics of laser erosion plasma of poly- and monocrystalline CuInS2 targets

The emission spectra of laser erosion plasma formed during the action of a periodic pulsed radiation of neodymium laser on poly-and monocrystalline CuInS2 targets have been studied. The absolute and relative contributions of various spectral lines to the total emission spectrum are evaluated. An analysis of the common and distinctive features of the emission spectra of poly-and monocrystalline targets shows that the degree of ordering of the target structure significantly influences the laser-induced processes of atomization and ionization of the ablated material.
