Explains the background and related regulatory issues concerning GDC registration of UK-based dental technicians.Clarifies the various regulatory requirements demanded of overseas laboratories and the UK-based dentists they supply.Explains international quality assurance standards as they apply to dental laboratories and how an understanding of these can assist dentists in selecting a dental laboratory.
