摘要
The effect of environmental factors on Th(IV) sorption on graphene oxide (GO) was elucidated by batch techniques. The characteristic results revealed that GO displayed a variety of oxygenated functional groups. The sorption of Th(IV) on GO was independent of ionic strength, suggesting the inner-sphere surface complexation. The maximum sorption capacity of Th(IV) on GO at pH 3.0 and 293 K was 54.74 mg/g. The thermodynamic parameters showed that the Th(IV) sorption on GO was an exothermal and spontaneous processes. The sorption of Th(IV) on GO can be fitted satisfactorily by diffuse layer model with SOTh3+ and SOThOH4-\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\text{SOTh}}\left( {\text{OH}} \right)_{4}^{ - }$$\end{document} species.
