Cowden’s syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant disorder with varied clinical manifestations. It is associated with increased susceptibility to breast, thyroid and endometrial cancer and with occurrence of hamartomas. Gynecologic relevance is occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. © 2017, Association of Gynecologic Oncologists of India.
