摘要
We give the first description of different variants of the structural finite-element method in which one can exactly satisfy the boundary conditions or equilibrium differential equations while taking account of the background analytic solutions of problems close to the original problem during the computation. This makes possible a significant reduction in the number of finite elements needed when using qualitative structural formulas. ©1998 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
