摘要：
The debate about the adequacy of Bayes theorem in statistical approaches to legal evidence was described. Several issues and non-issues of the Bayesians were listed. Bayes theorem was not able to be implemented in a typical trial because of the complexity and untestability of validity of the outcomes.
