摘要
The problem of synthesizing a mechanism of managing the evolution of a chemical engineering system with the use of its capability for self-organization was formulated. A hardware-oriented model of the operation of a chemical engineering system was developed. The behavior of active agents (managers, process engineers, equipment technicians, etc.) in the management of the modernization and development of a chemical plant and the algorithm of constructing a set of preferable states for the long-term sustainable development of a chemical engineering system were described.
