A new Japanese encephalitis vaccine (Ixiaro®) has been developed to overcome some of the issues associated with the older vaccine (Je-Vax®). Ixiaro® demonstrated considerable seroprotection and was well tolerated in clinical trials. © 2009 Adis Data Information BV. All rights reserved.
