摘要：
Die Epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (EBA) ist eine erworbene, chronisch verlaufende, bullöse Autoimmundermatose, bei der nur sehr selten die Schleimhaut betroffen ist. Wir berichten über eine 75-jährige Patientin, bei der eine EBA mit ausschließlichem Befall von oraler, nasaler und auch laryngealer Schleimhaut auftrat und eine lebensbedrohliche laryngeale Stenose verursachte.
