π-Meson production by protons on nuclei near threshold

摘要：
The π-meson production cross section by protons on the 12C nucleus near threshold is considered. Theoretical analysis is performed within the kinematic approach. As a result, the cross section depends in fact only on one parameter: Fermi momentum.
