摘要
Radius vector of equigravity surface (ES) has been derived as function of the Stokes geopotential coefficients retaining terms of order 10−10 in magnitude. Theory has been developed of testing geopotential models using gravity anomalies based on distortions of ES due to the model being tested. Formulas have been derived for converting harmonic coefficients within spherical expansion for radial distortion of ES into the corrections to the Stokes geopotential coefficients.
