摘要
The Apostichopus japonicus (Selenka) is the most valuable commercial species of sea cucumbers. The profile of triacylglycerides (TAG) from the body wall of the sea cucumber has been determined for the first time. A total of 46 molecular species of TAG, the main ones of which were 16:1/16:1/16:1, 20:5/16:0/20:5, and 20:5/16:1/20:5, were identified in sea-cucumber lipids. The composition of A. japonicus TAG was distinctive for high contents of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated acyl fragments. The results confirmed the high dietetic value of sea cucumber and contributed to the development of echinoderm lipidomics.
