A new continued fraction of Ramanujan, its modular identities and explicit evaluations

In this paper, we deduce a new continued fraction from a general continued fraction identity of Ramanujan and prove its modular identities. We also establish general theorems for its explicit evaluations with examples. © 2013, African Mathematical Union and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
