摘要：

The recommendations on adjuvant radiotherapy for endometrial cancer are partly divergent. A selective review of the scientific literature was carried out based on previously published international guidelines. The radiotherapy modalities of external beam radiotherapy and vaginal brachytherapy are presented with respect to the mode of action, administration, effectiveness, side effects and long-term sequelae A stage-adapted postoperative radiotherapeutic treatment strategy is presented based on the results of the study.
