Detecting graphene-graphane reconstruction in hydrogenated nanoporous carbon by Raman spectroscopy

摘要
It is established that the Raman spectra of nanoporous carbon exhibit a change upon thermal treatment of the sample in hydrogen. The character of changes suggests that we have detected the formation of graphane—a hydrocarbon derivative of ghaphene.
