摘要：
Die vordere Kreuzbandplastik (VKBP) wird heute standardisiert mit den autologen Transplantaten Lig.  patellae (LP), Semitendinosus-/Grazilis- (SGS) oder Quadrizepssehne (QS) durchgeführt. Die anatomische Positionierung der Bohrkanäle, Transplantatfixation, Komplikationsrate, Revisionsaspekte, aber auch ökonomische Aspekte stehen zur Diskussion. Die Fixation des Transplantats kann mit diversen Verankerungssystemen mit Implantaten (Kosten) oder fremdmaterialfrei ohne Implantate (kostenfrei) erfolgen.
