摘要
We face difficult situations throughout our lives. We meet with them regardless of whether we want it or not in different life contexts and connections, in situations with different actors, with different specific content, and in various professions. In terms of professions, there are areas, where the appearance of difficult situations is part of the work of people. Professional firefighters can be classified to those professions. The report presents the findings from a research project the objective of which was to specify assessment of the ways of coping with demanding situations by firefighters on a general level, and in terms of their age, length of service and accidents at work.
