摘要
The communitywide coalition has long been a "politically correct" strategy for addressing substance abuse. However, evaluation findings from the Milwaukee Community Prevention Coalition suggest that organizational members may lack sufficient vested interest in the coalition mission to accomplish expected goals and overcome obstacles in unstable and relatively unmonitored environments.
