摘要：
The influence of the absolute optical phase of few-cycle pulses on non-perturbative resonant extreme nonlinear optics in semiconductors should be measurable in GaAs samples and could in turn be used to determine the absolute optical phase of few-cycle pulses. To avoid distortions, sample design is an important issue.
