摘要
This paper discusses the application of conventional CMOS inverter to low-voltage and low-power analog system. Based on the analysis of CMOS inverter, novel first-order lowpass-, highpass- and allpass-filters, which have low-voltage (+/-1V), low-power (uW level), wide dynamic range and few components (only two MOS transistors), are proposed. A neural cell composed of CMOS inverters and supplied by +/- 1V voltage, the threshold voltage of which can be tuned, is also designed. All the circuits in this paper are feasible illustrated by PSPICE simulation results.
