摘要
This Robotic system for rapid prototyping is an effective way to reduce the prototyping time and shorten the product's lead time, but the application field is limited for the material that is easy to be machined such as wax, wood, plastic, light metal etc. In this study, a method of robotic ceramic prototyping is presented, which has been successfully applied in the new rapid tooling method-Direct Prototype Spray Tooling. This method extends not only the material machine range but also the rapid prototyping fields. It can also be used for rapid making layer laminated models and rapid producing ceramic parts.
