摘要
We present a network rate model of the mechanisms that may participate in working-memory dopamine modulation in the PFC. The model provides a mechanism to limit the natural lifetime of working memory delay-period activity. Moreover, it also exhibits selective potentiation or depression of memory fields by local application of dopamine agonists or antagonists. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
