New industry cultivation and long cycle of national economic development -- Research on sustainable leading of national economic development

In the article, the author intends to explore, based on the precedent studies, the issue why at certain phase of history, some nations unstoppably boomed while others irretrievably declined. In addition, the author ventures on the topic how to actualize the sustainable leading of national economic development. The result of the study indicates that among the multiple influence factor is a more fundamental and core one which brings about the reverse of productivity and productive force. This more fundamental and more core factor is the cultivation of new industries, which ultimately determines the long cycle of national economic development. On this basis, the author puts forth the notion that sustainable leading strategy and enforcement of national economic development.
