摘要
The results of the spectroscopic measurements in an argon atmospheric pressure microwave-induced discharge are presented in this paper The radial dependence of the Hp(beta), Ar I (427.2 nm). Na I (589.6nm) and OH (306.4 nm) spectral lines integral intensity from end-on discharge observation are determined The dependence of a spatial distribution of Na I (589.6 nm) upon gas flow is presented also. With microwave power input of 80W, the maximum electron concentration (1.1 x 10(21) m(-3)) in the vicinity of the plasma axis was determined from the H-beta line profile.
