The present legal education in China are facing problem of being in short of occupation orientation, legal moral education and professional education, which leads to the situation that the talents fostered can not meet the requirement of Chinese legal construction. To solve the problem, it is necessary to introduce clinical legal teaching in legal education. To implement clinical teaching, problems as students's self-identification in the clinic, fund resource, case resource and teaching staff should be emphasized and resolved.
