摘要：
The phenomenon of imbalances in economic development of the eastern and western China is found everywhere and the level of development of the housing market is also irregularity too. This paper analyzed the main phenomenon of imbalance of the housing market in the eastern, central, western China according to the objective circumstances of China's economic distribution situation. It summarized the present problems of China's domestic housing market. It also studied the reasons for the questions and learned the influencing factors of the regional market. At last it put forward some policy suggestions for the development of the western housing market.
