Research on the method of software realization based on the design of reliability of intelligent electrical equipments

摘要
Using Software Fault Tolerance technology, including subgame, redundancy etc. can remove the malfunction at low cost such as undependable data sampling, malfunction of control, wrong program proceeding etc. which are resulted from interference, aging and improper selection of components. Among them, the concept of "subgame" is taken from a kind of decision-making technique of the economics. The software subgame namely fully considers the influence of all kinds of interferences from different outlets on monitor program and function module, and corresponding method for elimination; "Redundancy Design" is originally a kind of technique of dependable design of system. The software redundancy namely makes use of redundancy resources (the time of CPU, the capacity of RAM) to "screen" the interference, but does not change the process of operating monitor program; or call corresponding backup module through the interruption procedure, and recover or restructure the data construction. This text takes the design of intelligent contact machine with close-loop fault tolerance control based on zero erode as-an example, provides some methods through using fault tolerance technology such as software subgame, software redundancy etc. It could be used to resolve electromagnetism compatibility and dependable design of intelligent electrical appliance control system at low cost.
