摘要：
This paper shows that FDI is an important component of open economic development and an important variable of open macroeconomic equilibrium. The paper-finds that FDI is a,balancing variable in the harmonious development of open macro-economy. FDI plays an important role in balance of payments and the macroeconomic system.
