摘要：

The cultivation target of application-oriented civil engineering specialty is applied talents. In this paper, based on the professional characteristics of Civil Engineering Specialty of Tangshan College, the teaching reform and practical application of applied personnel training were discussed. Specific methods of cultivating practice ability of teachers ware proposed. The reforms and practices of the curriculum system and teaching methods are explored. These reform and practice exploration can serve as a reference for the teaching reform in similar colleges or universities.
