摘要：
We consider problems an application of databases for information support of metrology. We present a comparison of the characteristics of different types of database management. Our emphasis is on the need ra use document-factographic databases in the problems under consideration. We describe the capabilities of the PCBIRS 3.0 system. tts an example we consider the database containing data on the Stare register of measurement instrument.
