摘要：

The "Polish question" is analyzed, the conclusion is made about the fallacy of the Stalinist rapprochement with the Hitler Reich in 1939-1940, which allowed Germany to seize the main part of Europe and multiply strengthen its military-economic potential by the spring-summer of 1941, thus ensuring starting advantages in the war against the USSR.
