摘要：

Zur Abklarung unklarer Befunde der Mammae kommt neben einer offenen Biopsie in der Regel auch die Durchfuhrung einer Stanzbiopsie in Betracht. Letztere ist wegen des minimalinvasiven Vorgehens in vielen Fallen die Alternative der Wahl. Dies entscheidet letztlich der jeweils verantwortliche Arzt im Rahmen seiner Therapiefreiheit und den dazu mit der jeweiligen Patientin gefuhrten Gesprachen.
