摘要：
Based on the original meaning and in-depth understanding of independent innovation, and the analysis of Wuhan's small-sized industrial enterprises' position in Wuhan's economy and independent innovation, using the statistical data, this article conducted a comparative analysis of vertical and horizontal on the independent innovation indicators of small-sized industrial enterprises of Wuhan, with the analysis of existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were putout.
