摘要：

According to the characteristics of urban road traffic safety, early-warning indexs of urban road safety early-warning system are constructed, by analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of BP neural network and genetic algorithm, BP neural network prediction model based on genetic algorithm is established, finally, through using the method of AHP and fuzzy mathematics, comprehensive early-warning index is constructed.
