摘要
It is the renewable energy industries that the studies on the technological innovation capacity for regional renewable energy source have always focused on, availing themselves of regional and the industrial technological innovation theories. Taking advantage of new angle, the hereof research will figure out the function and mechanism of the technological innovation system for regional renewable' source. Extracting connotation from renewable energy technological innovation, we in this paper set up an evaluation indexes with the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and then positively analyze the respective status of renewable energy technological innovation capacities for the northeast provinces. The quantified indexes, in this respect, can not only distinguish the differences in this respect among different regions, but also highlight the way to improve their innovation capacities.
