摘要
The vehicle monitoring technology that consubstantiates GPS, GIS,GSM and computer technology. is a kind of technology, which is able to lead automobiles to reach destination conveniently fast and correctly. It is significant in improving modern traffic administration, improving the operational efflciency of the automobiles, economizing the energy etc.. It has introduced the principle and structure of the GPS monitoring and administrative system in the article principle and function of the GPS automobile navigation, advantage faults, application foreground and problerni that are badly in need of solution that exist in the GPS intellectual vehicle monitoring and administrative system. In the paper, it has taken the vehicle monitoring of 120 first-aid centre for example to explain the function of each subsystem in GPS monitoring system.
