摘要
In this study, we describe the successful fabrication of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) within Ag(I)-AMTD metal-organic gel matrix. The resulting composite (AgNPs@Ag(l)-AMTD) was characterized by H-1 NMR, IR, SPR, SEM, TEM, EDX, XPS, and XRD. This material exhibited a remarkable and durable activity for the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) to 4-aminophenol (4-AP) and other nitroarenes by NaBH4 in aqueous solution. This method affords a facile means of embedding the active silver nanoparticles within the metal-organic gel matrix and offers the necessary stability of the resulting silver nanostructure for catalytic transformation.
