摘要：
This paper not only states the necessity of the combination of knowledge management and concurrent engineering from a theoretical perspective, but also according to the characteristics of high informatizational manufacturing enterprise talks about the components of knowledge management and the concurrent design under the environment of concurrent engineering; based on this, the structure of concurrent engineering system with knowledge management is constructed.
