摘要:
The effective handling of objections requires the same skills required to build and develop a relationship with the client. Objections should be seen in a positive light as they provide opportunities for understanding clients better. To ensure that objections are dealt with promptly, efficiently and appropriately it is necessary to listen and question carefully and then show that the client has been understood, before providing a solution. Finally, check whether your suggestion is accepted as appropriate and/or relevant.
