摘要
The potential of reconstruction on exiting residential building in cities in summer hot and winter cold zone is huge, and it has significant meaning for the target of both energy-saving and emission-reduction in our country. In this paper, we set the energy-saving reconstruction methodology of the 7th residential building in Mishi Community, Hangzhou as an example. Based on field research and monitoring, in accordance with the features and standards of energy saving in summer hot and winter cold zone, we put forward the reconstruction method which can be promoted, and then probed into the energy saving reconstruction method based on suitable combination of technologies, then optimized and adjusted the implementary program through residents' survey, computer simulation analysis of energy consumption and so an.
