Research on Enterprises Strategy Management Innovation Based on Systems Ecology

This paper treats enterprises strategy management (ESM) as a systems ecology, which suggests that enterprises deal with their surroundings with care so as to obtain high efficiency. Differing from traditional ESM researches which focus more on inner surroundings, the paper puts forward a brand new research framework to construct an ESM model of three dimensions which are all based on systems ecology: strategy on enterprise response to environmental changes (EREC), stakeholder relationship (SR) strategy, and leadership challenge (LC) strategy. Followed are their respective tactics.
