摘要：

With the development of economy and law, intellectual property rights and more attention, the need for protection of intellectual property rights is growing. Copyright protection constantly exposes its problems from many perspectives. It studies from the collective copyright management association perspective, Management Association of the current audiovisual copyright issues that exist in the process of song, MTV managed in what way and to better adapt to the social reality.
