摘要
The focal point of these research insights, the study and analysis of the dynamic behaviour of magnetorheological fluid with various composition ratios. The secondary objective of the research aims to reduce the sedimentation behaviour of the fluid. Magnetorheological Fluid (MRF) acts as fluid in absence of the magnetic field and its viscosity increases impressively with the influence of the magnetic field. In this research work, Silicon-based lubricant and carrier fluid with soft magnetic materials are utilized to fabricate the MR Fluid. Rheological properties, dynamic module studies and sedimentation ratio are subsequently studied for the synthesized fluid, to know about its behaviour and properties. Interpreted data show significant stability and efficiency of fluid reasoning the optimization in the ratio of the materials composition and incorporation of additives.
