摘要
Industry 4.0 concepts are used as a response to an increasingly varied demand in companies and flexibility corresponds to a lever for improving production manufacturing performance. This production chain flexibility based on industry 4.0 concepts, involves the exploitation of automated processes and the use of organizational tools for improving company performance. Indeed, the analysis of the company's classical production processes generally pointed out the existence of added and non-added value through each process. Lean manufacturing concepts contribute to the elimination of these non or low added values in the company production flows. This paper focuses on the production flow optimization through collaborative robots (cobot) and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in the frame of industry 4.0. After a literature review, the industry 4.0 concepts and methodology developed to eliminate non-value added in production manufacturing flows will be presented. Then, an example based on the electronic card production domain will be explained. (C) 2022 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
