Research of Project Management System Oriented to Ocean Engineering

The theoretical framework, development principles and realization method of the project management system were proposed on the basis of the analysis of current demands of ocean engineering manufacturing companies and according to the characteristics of ocean engineering project management. And the prototype system was developed, production management, material management, risk control and information management in ocean engineering project management were realized in priority. Therefore, the project process was dynamically controlled and the purpose of optimizing the production was achieved, which had laid a foundation for an enterprise to have the capacity of project general contracting management.
