Instructional model for the developing of moral ethics and code of ethics of the teaching profession was developed for "Moral Ethics and Code of Ethics of the Teacher" course. This course has been taught student teachers for their competencies and characters of moral ethics and code of ethics of Thai Teacher Council standards. This paper try to present the result of the implementation of the instructional model, which the model have been used for the better achievement and the better of student's behavior who studied "Moral Ethics and Code of Ethics of the Teacher" course. The samples were 154 students of Graduate Diploma for Teaching Profession Program, Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) in semester 1 of academic year 2016. The main tools of this research were the teaching documents included lesson plan, teacher handbook, achievement test and moral reasoning test. The results of the implementation showed the scores of students' achievement test more than 70% of total score 100. When compared the average scores of students' moral reasoning between pre-test and post-test in phase II, there was statistically significant differences at .05 levels. The study also found the most of students were very interested in instructional activities especially in service learning activities. All students realized that their behavior about moral ethics and code of ethics were increase. Most of the contract couples of them were also pointed out that they found teacher's students improve their ethics. Three instructors who used model summarized that instructional model could promote desired moral ethics and code of ethics of the teaching profession behaviors by way of the integrated of several instructional techniques which consisted of Service Learning, Contract System, Value Clarification, Group Investigation, and Concept Mapping.
