摘要
This experience report aims to describe and discuss a teacher training program aimed at preventing, identifying and combating violence in the school environment. Such training took place through a special discipline offered by the Postgraduate Program in Education at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Campus do Pantanal, and was widely disseminated to public school teachers. With a workload of 60 hours, divided into four hours of weekly study, the discipline was structured around three modules, which were entitled: (a) the empirical and interdisciplinary research proposal of the Critical Theory of Society (b) Bullying and preconception; (c) Violence prevention observatories and application projects for schools. This structure was intended to provide not only the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but the critical reflection on daily teaching practice and the planning of actions with a view to preventing and intervening in situations of violence in the school context. This program is one of the stages of development of the research "School Violence: discrimination, bullying and responsibility in municipal schools in Ladario - MS" linked as a local research to the collective research project entitled "School Violence: discrimination, bullying and responsibility" approved by the CNPq with the notice "Citizenship, Violence and Human Rights", starting in February 2018 and expected to last 35 months.
