摘要
This Paper studied on the issue of human recourse management in China's firm via analyzing the perception of Line management and HR manager on human management The study shows that there is highlights perception on the importance of HRM both line managers and HR managers in China nowadays, However, there is a big gap on the effectiveness of HRM between line managers anti HR managers, It asks for management especially HR management to reinforce HR systems building anti pay attention to deliver the integrated HR practices served for cooperation strategy and business goals.
